Safran, the 4th favorite company for French future engineers!

Human resources

For the second year in a row, Safran has ranked 4th in the Universum 2018 employer brand survey and once again appears as one of the favorite companies for future French engineers.

The international polling firm Universum, specialized in employer brand surveys (the image of a company brand in the world of work), has just published its 2018 ranking of the most attractive companies for engineering students.

From October 2017 to February 2018, a total of 14,786 master's-level students took the Universum survey so that a list of most attractive companies could be drawn up. With a view to putting together the 2018 list of most attractive companies, a semi-assisted survey featuring 130 company names was given to students asked to choose their "top 5 employers".

The Group's growing notoriety partly explains its popularity with future engineers. It is the outcome of communications initiatives aimed at students where were led throughout the year. Furthermore, Safran is carrying out extensive work on the image of employer branding, which also explains its appeal. Safran is indeed very involved in schools and universities, notably through the network of ambassadors, comprising alumni who now work for the Group.
