A reception for the e-ambassadors at the Paris Air Show

Human resources

A dozen Safran business line ambassadors found out more about the Group’s full range of fields of expertise at Safran’s stands at the Paris Air Show this Friday June 23. This visit was also an opportunity to step beyond online chats and talk to candidates in person.

Over the past few weeks, candidates with questions about jobs, career prospects and the work environment at Safran have been talking to about 20 e-ambassadors, who specialize in their specific fields of expertise, on safran.career-inspiration, here. To thank these Group employees for their dedication, the HR team invited them to find out more about Safran’s full range of business activities at the Paris Air Show.

Here are a few of their impressions on the fly

It was an opportunity to learn more about the different things Safran does. I’ve worked on several programs during my career in the Group but realized there’s so much more to see here today!

When I’m on safran.career-inspiration, I do my best to answer questions with examples from my own experience. At the show here today, I saw that the Operations and HR teams are really dedicated to promoting our jobs and careers – and our passion!

I was impressed by the Careers Plane. The operators’ demos reminded me of several of my experiences in the Group. It’s great to see young people asking so many questions and showing so much interest in Safran at the stand.

We opened this platform because we felt candidates needed to talk with our employees one-to-one. People who don’t know the Group always learn more from these spontaneous conversations. The “career inspiration” experience has surpassed our expectations. The wealth of content and the number of questions are prompting us to grow our e-ambassador network.” Raphaëlle Giovannetti, head of HR development, Safran
