MS1000 family remains the best open loop MEMS accelerometer in the Market place. This new range complete the existing portfolio (2g, 5g, 10g, 30g, 100g) with a 16g-range, the best compromise between performance, measurement range and export control status.
MS1016 is free of export control.

- Long Term Bias Repeatability : 1.9 mg
- Residual Bias Modeling error : 1.1 mg
- In-run bias stability (Allan Variance @ 10 s): 24 μg
- Non Linearity (IEEE Norm, % of full scale) : 0.3 %
