I handle airline customers and I am part of the AOG Global Team.

Speaking and building a relationship with customers.

What is your proudest professional moment?

When I moved from the Broker & Distributor team to the Airline team handling major airlines.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career and how did you overcome it?

My biggest challenge was not being able to say no – which would put me behind on getting my job done. I had a manager tell me, “it is okay to say no, I will assist you later.” And now that I do that, it really helped.

Pay close attention to details; don't be afraid to ask questions; and it is okay to ask for help.

Have you been inspired by any women in your life? Please name them and briefly describe how they have impacted you.

My mother (Emma Myers) – she was loving, caring, very strong, smart, and honest. I am who I am because of my mother.

What can your career progress at Safran teach us about women’s leadership?

If you can see it, you can be it.

Does working for a company such as Safran, which is a truly international organization, make your job more interesting?

Yes. I get to communicate with people all over the world.
