When I moved from the Broker & Distributor team to the Airline team handling major airlines.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career and how did you overcome it?
My biggest challenge was not being able to say no – which would put me behind on getting my job done. I had a manager tell me, “it is okay to say no, I will assist you later.” And now that I do that, it really helped.
