Discover VIEW®, Safran Helicopter Engine’ new experience for technical publications

Safran Helicopter Engines has launched a continuous improvement campaign that applies to its EngineLife® Customer Portal. An opportunity for the company to provide its customers a more intuitive experience when accessing EngineLife® Services for their helicopter engines, notably maintenance technical documentations.

Safran Helicopter Engines introduces VIEW®, its next-generation technical publication platform. It builds on the commitment to simplify daily helicopter users operations, transforming the way they access and use engine technical publications. This digital service offers a personalized interface, smarter navigation tools and a collaborative hub workspace for engines documentation needs. The same content, in a smarter tool.

VIEW®will initially be available for technical publications on Arrano, Aneto et Makila 2 engines.
Current WebIETP service will remain available for other engine families until they transition to VIEW from 2026 onwards.

In addition, EngineLife® Customer Portal is set to be further modernized in the coming months to benefit from the highest security standards and an even smarter overall customer experience.
