"Communication et Entreprise" Prizes : Safran scores double
At the 32nd edition of the “Grand Prix Com-Ent”, hosted on 22 November at the Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione in Paris, Safran won two prizes: one for its campaign “Safran embarks Zodiac Aerospace”, and the other for its system for integrating new arrivals, the Safran Discovery Challenge.
The jury awarded Safran the Com-Ent d’or (Gold Prize) in the “Managerial Communication and Change” category for “Safran embarque Zodiac Aerospace”. This campaign, launched to promote the integration of employees from the former Zodiac Aerospace following the merger with Safran, is structured around two interdependent community platforms: Sociabble and Go Safran. Acting as a veritable social network, the former uses thematic channels to group together all information concerning the merger between Safran and Zodiac Aerospace.
As for Go Safran, this mobile app was designed to unite, in a spirit of teamwork, all Safran and former Zodiac Aerospace employees around collective sports challenges. Accordingly, they were invited to make a virtual trip around the world, by walking, cycling or running. At each stage, they had an opportunity to discover pictures showing the Group’s main sites, established on the four continents.
This campaign also won “Best internal communication campaign” in the Trophées de la Communication 2018.
Another prize that went to Safran was the Com-Ent d’or (Gold Prize) in the “Internal social media campaign” category for the “Safran Discovery Challenge”. A veritable digital experience, this platform lets the new employees discover Safran’s culture and activities in a fun way.
