Cédric Halé is appointed as Safran Nacelles’ Human Resources Director

Le Havre, France, September 19, 2017 – Cédric Halé has been appointed Safran Nacelles’ Human Resources Director. A member of the company’s Executive Committee and directly answering to Safran Nacelles CEO Jean-Paul Alary, he will supervise all human resources activities relating to Safran Nacelles and its sites.
Halé started his career in human resources development at Safran Nacelles in 2001, when the company was known as Hurel-Dubois. In 2003, during the Hurel-Dubois integration process, he joined its Burnley site (UK) and contributed towards the harmonization of human resources practices within this operation. On his return to the company’s Le Havre site in 2004, he held several line positions in recruitment and social relations.
In 2007, he joined Safran Aircraft Engines as the Human Resources Manager at Vernon, France, and then as Site Director at Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activities.
From July 2011, he held the Human Resources Director position at FAMAT (Fabrications Mécaniques de l'Atlantique), a 50/50 joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engines and GE.
Halé, 40 years old, holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of Rouen, France, received in 2001.
