2016 Safran Economic Conference in Suzhou

Safran Economic Conference was held at Safran’s Suzhou Branch on Jun. 3rd, 2016. Over 90 employees from the Group and its companies attended the conference at Suzhou Branch, and another 70 employees from the Group and its companies attended through webex video conference system in Beijing, Shanghai, Guiyang, Xi’an, and Chengdu.

The conference was chaired by Mr. Florian Feche, Safran China HR Director. Mr. Jean-Luc Doublet, Safran Senior Vice President, COMAC & AVIC Aircraft Programs, Safran Shared Services Director in China, delivered a welcoming speech. Mr. Bernard Delpit, Safran Chief Financial Officer, shared with a lively audience the Group’s milestones and highlights, results and economic outlook, innovations and performance over the past two years, and shed light on its strategies, financial and HR challenges.

The first Safran Economic Conference was held in 2011 in countries around the world where Safran has a prominent presence, including France, Belgium, Morocco, Germany, the UK, the US, Canada, Mexico, China and India. In 2012, 2013, two annual sessions were successfully held in China, moderated by Mr. Gibert Font, Safran University Director. This year’s session has once again been held since May in multiple places across the globe, where Mr. Bernard Delpit, through his keynote speeches, tries to give employees a better sense of the Group’s culture, performance and challenges.
