Safran Foundation for Music: Soaring talent

The Safran Foundation for Music has been supporting talented young musicians on a yearly basis since 2005. Here is a closer look at the careers of three of them.

Named at the Victoires de la Musique Classique 2013 in the "Révélation Soliste Instrumental" category, Victor Julien-Laferrière was also awarded the Grand Prix de la Fondation Safran pour la Musique the very same year.

The company Safran Foundation for Music supports young musicians in the early stages of their careers.

In 2014, his career really took off and, along with the pianist Adam Laloum and violinist Mi-Sa Yang, he founded the "Les Esprits" trio. He has performed at La Folle Journée de Nantes, Festival de Deauville, La Criée in Marseille and Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, among other venues. The trio released their first CD in 2014.
