Safran tops the “Happy at work” rankings

More than 4,000 organizations and companies participated in the “Happy at work” survey. Safran’s first-place ranking confirms the Group’s commitment to the well-being of its employees in the workplace.

The "Happy at Work*" rankings published by the site list Safran in first place for the groups with over 5,000 employees category, tied with Air Liquide. Leroy Merlin, Eiffage, Philips and Nestlé round off the top of the table in this category. The purpose of the survey, in which more than 4,000 organizations and almost 40,000 employees participated, is to identify the companies in which employees are happiest to work and young recruits happiest to begin their careers.



Personal development, stimulation, recognition... and even "fun"!

The final ranking is calculated from the answers given by the employees from the consulted companies. Six areas are covered in the survey: personal development (feeling you are in the right place), stimulation provided by the workplace (benefitting from a caring and supportive environment), management (being stimulated by ambitious objectives and having the resources to achieve them), salary and recognition (seeing one's contribution fully recognized), pride (being able to fully adhere to the company's values and brands) and finally, fun (enjoying what you do).
