These 45 students have completed a training curriculum developed by Safran and its two partner schools for a chair focusing on "Management of innovative programs applied to the aerospace sector". This chair's objective is to attract managers into industry in general, and the aerospace sector in particular, while training them to drive innovation and concurrently accommodate complexity in organizations and products.

"The Safran/HEC/ISAE chair is a pivotal initiative to enable the future leaders in our large industrial aerospace groups to gain control over every dimension of innovation within complex organizations and systems. This initiative fits into Safran's overall strategy, which is aimed – among other things – at empowering professionals to rise to the major technological challenges we are facing on our markets," says Véronique Bardelmann, Safran University's Manager of Training Programs.
