Turbomeca enriches its engine warranty conditions through the new Turbomeca Care Program®

Turbomeca (Safran) has developed the "Turbomeca Care Program" that will provide additional warranty solutions and conditions for its engines throughout their lifecycle and answer important operator needs.
Since the end of 2014, new and enhanced warranty conditions have been introduced for all new and current civil engine models. The new warranty conditions include a 400-hour increase in coverage for repaired equipment at no extra cost for customers.
New solutions will also be available for warranty extensions. These extensions include the possibility for Turbomeca customers to choose the additional coverage in hours or months in order for it to match as closely as possible their operational needs.
The Turbomeca Care Program offers proactive product improvement plans, associated with attractive commercial support solutions.
Turbomeca will take another step forward in this domain and from April 2015 onwards will introduce a new, exclusive service for the second-hand helicopter market with the Pre-Buy inspection offer. The aim is to enhance the residual value of Turbomeca-powered helicopters and provide the OEM quality assurance and additional warranty conditions only available to Turbomeca customers. This Pre-Buy inspection service will be available through the Turbomeca Front Offices and network of Distributors and Certified Maintenance Centres for buyers and sellers worldwide. The first customer to use this service is Rotortrade Services in Malaysia.
