Efthimios Katsidis named CEO of Vectronix AG

After six years as Chief Executive Officer of Vectronix AG, a Swiss subsidiary of Sagem (Safran), Jean Harter has decided to leave this position and allow the company to kick off its next development phase under a new CEO.
To ensure a smooth transition, and in agreement with Sagem, Jean Harter will serve as Advisor to the new CEO, prior to retiring later this year.

"The company has undergone major changes since 2007, thanks to the strategic and commercial strategy applied by Jean. Today, he hands the baton to Efthimios Katsidis, with whom he has worked closely for the last few years."
Efthimios Katsidis replaced Jean Harter as Chief Executive Officer of Vectronix AG on February 1, 2014.
Efthimios Katsidis, 50, holds a Master of Science degree (1986), and started his career as a software development engineer with Grossenbacher Elektronik in Switzerland. He then held several management positions in Switzerland and France, especially with the SEFAR group. Specialized in the reorganization of production units at international companies (mergers, divestments and restructuring operations), he was a partner-consultant with ASP Inteco AG for several years. In February 2008, Efthimios Katsidis joined Vectronix AG as Vice President for Operations.
