Safran Aircraft Engines Services Americas is a center of excellence for the repair of LPT nozzles, HPT hangers and HPT shrouds for the CFM56-5A, -5B and -7B engines. It is now an integral part of the LEAP parts repair network, including participation in the development of repair processes.

SAESA Rep’s repair services  are tailored to the specific requirements of each part. The plant employs a full range of processes, including chemical, heat and thermochemical treatments, as well as the recent introduction of collaborative working techniques..

Repaired parts are certified by leading aviation authorities, including those from the United States (FAA), Europe (EASA) and China (CAAC).

SAESA Rep is located in the heart of the Querétaro Aerospace Park, near the other three Safran Aircraft Engines facilities in the park, as well as being just a few kilometers away from the Querétaro airport.
