Safran Helicopter Engines - Bordes

Bordes plant (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) is the head office as well as the main production and research and development site of Safran Helicopter Engines. The company has been operating at this site since 1942. The Bordes site underwent a major upgrade in 2010, with the inauguration of the new Joseph Szydlovski plant. The main activities at Bordes include the assembly of production engines, the manufacture of subassemblies, and the design and development of new engines.
