Safran Aerospace Museum
The Safran Aerospace Museum traces the history of Safran's aeronautical and space propulsion systems from 1905 to the present day. The museum features over 400 objects related to its various entities, as well as a 535-seat auditorium. All the group's companies are represented, and you can discover aircraft and helicopter engines, motorcycles, cars, landing gear, rockets, brakes, aircraft seats, drones, and many other unusual objects.
The museum and its volunteers welcome you every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as the second and last Saturday of the month from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Guided group tours require reservations; a fee of €60 per group of 15 people is required.
For self-guided tours, reservations are recommended but not required. These tours are free; however, the volunteers rely on your generosity. Information about the Safran Aeronautics and Space Museum: [email protected] or +33(0)160597897 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays)
