Job Description

-Support the WAL WB Operations team to ensure the achievement of the major goals of the Walton Wheel and Brake site:
- Ramp up of production post-COVID.
- Drive the digitalization of the Operations department, including the development of a site “dashboard” to provide the W&B VP the visibility of the key indicators for each department in real time.
- Develop and implement cross-departmental tools to ensure smooth interactions between Quality, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
- Harmonization of our Operations processes with our sister plant in Molsheim.

Complementary Description

• Collaborate with all of the WB organization and to build a cross-departement strategy
• Suggest new ideas, raise attention on improvement opportunities
• Be a direct support of the Operations Manager

• Experience on Power BI prefered
• Supply Chain and Operations experiences required
