Support RFQ/RFI response preparation and other customer and sub-contractor required responses.
Participate in preliminary Bid/No Bid assessment and Proposal Review with Management.
Build the proposal, the SOW compliance matrix, and the cost estimates.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure and Integrated Master Schedules.
Prepare and run Program Milestone Reviews (KOM, PDR, CDR, Site activities) and other periodic customer reviews.
Develop KPI/objectives regarding Quality, Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Customer Satisfaction and monitor it on a regular basis.
Lead the integrated Program Team, gathering personnel from Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales in the US and act as the point of contact to Antenna facility, headquartered in France.
Serve as the main interface with the customer during program execution.
Foster the relationship between customer and the Integrated Program Team.
Analyze and address risks and opportunities of the program.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in program management.
PMP Certification preferred.
Demonstrated skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project tools.
Knowledge of instrumentation and RF telemetry theory is desired.
Experience or willingness to learn about flight test, flight recorders, telemetry systems, data acquisition systems.
Familiarity with government sales, sales to prime contractors and/or aerospace industry.
Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Due to multiple interactions with teams located in France and Germany, a knowledge of European cultures and languages is a plus.
