Safran Cabin Materials located in Newport, WA is recruiting for:

Treater Operator - 1st Shift (4 x 10's)
4:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Thursday
$15.50/hr DOE

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain required production rate of the prepreg treater used to produce woven prepreg.
Set up prepreg treater oven properly and safely to run products specified on the work order.
Monitor the operation of the prepreg treater to assure quality standards are maintained.
Maintain traceability of products with proper documentation on the work order.
Make machine adjustments required to keep material within specified parameters.
Properly store finished materials for transport to next assembly.
Active participation in operational improvement activities.
Other tasks as needed and flexibility is key.

Job Requirements

Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus.
Good basic math skills.
Speak/read/write English proficiently.
Legible handwriting/printing.
Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.
Willing to work overtime as needed.

Safran Cabin Materials requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions.

This position is an ITAR governed position: **Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify**.
