Scopes and Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to gain full understanding of each position and set expectations for the recruitment process; prioritize job opening requirements
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all positions with little to no guidance ensuring a smooth experience for the hiring manager and candidates
• Effectively communicate to all involved parties including hiring managers and candidates; includes managing candidate expectations and ensuring timely feedback is provided
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build talent pool for current and future openings; also seek referrals to other candidates
• Proactively source candidates online when needed using partners such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google
• Manage E Talent ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidates
• Develop job profiles and other marketing materials that support recruitment activities as needed
• Assist in metrics reporting to analyze various pieces of the recruitment process
• Facilitates understanding of offer components to gain offer acceptance from the applicant
• Provides hiring manager accurate and timely update on applicant activity, tracks talent acquisition metrics and reports trends and issues to leadership, providing
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies
• Develop relationship with target college/university and trade schools to attract high quality candidates
• Act as liaison with temporary agencies to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting. Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources
• Experience in a production, manufacturing and/or light industrial environment strongly preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) required
• Strong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business required
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, manage a large workload, and effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
