In the role of Field Support Technician 1 you'll play a pivotal part on our Production team.
This position contributes to our vision by:
- Support airframe OEM in troubleshooting and resolving non-conformance conditions including troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of noted Cabin products
- Support implementation of service bulletins
- Provide clear communication to OEM personnel regarding concerns, questions, and function of products
- Meet all OEM airframe policies and procedures while fulfilling assignment
- Serve as Quality representative designee
- Use precision test equipment, including those used to diagnose and perform functional tests on components and assemblies
- Complete repair records or other paper work associated with product support activities
- Complete and apply all training required by the product OEM
- Perform shop reworks
- Assists in off-wing or aircraft work on demand

The expected salary range for this position is between $14.74 - $23.17/hour USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 0 – 2080 hrs (approx.1 year) in manufacturing
Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills

Other Skills:
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Applies decisions
- Follows defined priorities
- Basic ability to use and read measuring devices, calipers, pneumatic hand tools, trim tools.
-Ability to read and write English at a comprehensive level necessary for successful job performance.
- Good hand / eye coordination required.
