Job Description

A. Perform on-wings / on-site technical duties such as:
1. Support Customer on-site during first installation & Entry Into Service of newly delivered equipment or A/C
2. Systems/Equipment troubleshooting, Inspections modification or upgrades (application of Service Bulletins, …)
B. Planning & Coordination of retrofits campaign (SBs), on-wings reworks/inspection/troubleshooting
1. Train and Coordinate Zodiac internal resources or sub-contractors for SB or equipment modification on-wings
2. Define Work Scope and write Specification for supplier / External resources (third party)
C. Tech support first level assessment & Reporting to Product Support teams for Technical issues resolution
1. Participate to Technical Review Meeting with Customers
2. Assist & support airline for specific troubleshooting on-wings
3. Reporting to Product Support teams for Technical issues
4. Establish close link with ZS product support engineer in charge of considered product line and with airline focal point
D. Provide regular reporting to the management on the progress of on-going actions (weekly report, monthly activity report …)

Complementary Description

General knowledge of a/c systems and aeronautical industry, Aircraft maintenance / aircraft cabin interiors equipment
Good communication , management and leadership skills
Knowledge of Maintenance processes and documentations

Job Requirements

(AMM/CMM/SB/SIL)
Fluent English / Other spoken language is a plus
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Specificity of the job

Frequent business Trips (above 50%) / on duty calls
