Know and understand architecture and way of working of SHM in order to:
 Accumulate and preserve knowledge derived from the experience and lessons learned acquired after an implementation in a Business Unit with the purpose of making the next deployment more efficiently
 Help local deployment teams develop the required knowledge to use the system to its full capability before moving to the next implementation site
 Support the local implementation team during the scope analysis or “discovery” phase to identify process or software needs (deltas) required to deploy SHM on a specific production package
 Support and coach local implementation team on the proper use of the SHM solution and on the data preparation required to deploy SHM modules
 Write test cases based on real business scenarios to conduct a User Acceptance Test (UAT) to validate the SHM solution prior to deploying SHM in real production
 First level support: analysis of defects, recommendation on the priority, identification of solutions or workarounds if possible, detail all defects before submitting to the eWInS IT team, during the UAT and go-live phases
 Train industrial school focal points on SHM modules and validate their training material
 Create Trouble Shooting documents for the business
 Develop and maintain a “User Guide” to be used by local implementation team on specific and existing functions or data preparation.
Increase skills by working with eWinS IT team to test and learn new SHM functionality delivered by development team test during the pre UAT phase.
