Mission:
Manage administrative processes related to contracts with aircraft manufacturers and airline customers for the supply of aircraft engines, and associated business processes.

Administrate contracts with aircraft manufacturers and airlines for the supply of installed aircraft engines and related products.
o Understand and assist with management, tracking and implementation of payments, purchase orders and engine deliveries, as well as all other financial transactions with the aircraft manufacturers.
o Develop forecasts for financial flows between CFM and aircraft manufacturers.
Implement the financial / administrative transactions for airline / lessor customer contracts for sale of products to support the operation of aircraft engines:
o With customer team, manage and administer the terms and conditions of the airline customer contract.
o Calculate and coordinate the payments and orders with airline customers \ lessors.
Develop and provide financial analysis and data for periodic reviews and various management reports.
Maintain databases and information systems.
Perform other contract management activities, including review, tracking, interpretation and other related projects.
Implement and manage special projects, as needed, related to process improvements for the organization.
If requested, support sales and legal teams as required during proposal and contract negotiations with airline customers.
Complete company required training as well as training for an individual growth plan.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a finance related role
Skills:
Must possess excellent communication with all business levels
Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Must be proactive, able to work independently and able to work under deadlines
Must be a team player, and able to work close contact with other team members.
Must have demonstrated ability to work in an international work environment is a plus
Must be able to travel occasionally (including internationally)
High Proficiency with Office, in particular Excel
Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
