Job Description
The Receiving Clerk works with parts that are received at the FAA 145 Repair Station. They keep track of incoming shipments. They check to insure that the documents that are received with the parts are correct and will allow them to be entered into our Data System.
Complementary Description
Works in receiving and perform necessary tasks to receive parts in timely manner.
Performs part receipt and issue transactions in our Business System (M3 INFOR).
Accurately counts parts if assigned to the cycle count team and enters the cycle count results in M3 INFOR and investigates the variances.
Delivers parts to specified locations within the company premises.
Compiles reports on progress of work and inventory discrepancies.
Keeps assigned areas clean.
Represents Monogram in professional and dependable manner.
Keeps the supervisor informed about any maintenance related issues in assigned area.
Job Requirements
Ability to operate PC with knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software packages.
Prior Experience creating excel spread sheets and entering data.
Ability to lift about 25 pounds.
Ability to walk throughout the facility.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
