Job Description

We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic Recruitment / HR Administrator for our busy and fast moving Recruitment team. You will be supporting the recruitment team throughout the full recruitment process lifecycle right through to onboarding and induction.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Recruitment Administrator OR for a graduate looking for some significant experience within a fast moving and dynamic HR Team.

Some of the areas you will be supporting with:
Interview scheduling/booking in visitors/Teams
Initial background checks - Visual compliance
Pre interview & starter check in
Offer processing – cradle to grave
eTalent admin (Applicant tracking System) - requesting roles, reporting, tracking, comms.
Agency submissions (candidate) tracking – add to eTalent
PR/PO requests and management
Posting adverts on Jobsite, response management
Jobcentre plus, CTP, Free websites, LinkedIn posts
VISA administration
Relocation tracking
Feedback follow up with Managers.
Feedback response to candidates.
Support with KPI reporting to business and SEP
On boarding support
Induction coordination support
Supporting on Improvement Projects
Folder and File management for GDPR purposes and compliance
Employee referral tracking, admin and comms

Job Requirements

Degree in relevant subject i.e. HR, Business Management etc. OR previous experience of recruitment / hr administration.
Efficient organization skills
Good working proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
Comfortable and concise communicator

• Evidence of written English at interview stage. This will be through providing certification of a formal English or technical qualification studied in the UK or overseas in English. If this cannot be provided you will be required to complete and pass an online SHL English comprehension test as part of the interview process.
