Manage external industrialisation in regards of the quality/cost/delay objectives.
Ensure the supplier has the organisation and the management to implement all the industrial means and their approval.
Focal point in front of the supplier, the industrial project leader ensure the management and the coordination of all actions in SLS and in the supplier
Define and realise the needed support to the supplier by using SLS internal competencies
Based on the project risk analysis level, manage the progress of the industrialisation project with the supplier, especially :
Manage the project risk analysis
Manage the action plan according to SAFRAN requirements, including over stock management to protect the production, DVI approval, concurrent engineering…
Accountable on the planning respect, based on schedule agreed during the contract negotiation
Manage the milestone approval (I/T)
Accountable on cost (internal resources )
Realise the flash report and manage the internal communication.
