Job Description
He/she ensures the activities at all times are in compliance with requirements from:
Airworthiness regulation (GCAA 145, EASA 145, FAA 145, CAA UK Part 145, etc…).
International Standards (ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100 series, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
Safran Aerosystems and Safran Group's policies and procedures.
He/she ensures compliance of the activities of SME Quality Management System, through the application of system, product and process audits in accordance with International Standards requirements ISO 9001 and AS9100.
He/she applies total Quality Assurance Management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
He/she assists the Company management team and provides Quality Assurance support as necessary.
He/she conducts product, system or process audits and failure investigations and provides technical assistance in resolution of quality problems.
He/she assists in documenting and issuing corrective action requests as required.
He/she helps maintaining corrective action data base and verify required corrective action implementation for timeliness and effectiveness.
He/she performs trend analysis of audit results to identify quality system deficiencies.
He/she promotes the safe culture of conducting work, identifies hazard and communicates corrective measures to management.
He/she works with suppliers to ensure the quality expected and contracted for, has been met on all products delivered.
He/she performs surveillance, source inspections, and first article inspections at supplier's facilities as needed.
He/she works with customers (internal and external) to ensure Quality procedures meet customer requirements.
He/she assists in investigating all types of non-conformity & reporting the necessary Occurrence Report and/or Voluntary Occurrence Report and/or Internal Investigation to the competent Authorities (Internal or External).
He/she performs other duties as required by the Compliance Manager.
Complementary Description
Knowledge of UAE law.
Knowledge of aircraft regulations (GCAA CAR145 and/or EASA Part 145 and/or 14 CFR Part 145).
Knowledge of the agreements ISO 9001, EN 9110/9120.
Job Requirements
