Job Description
Traiter les non-conformités issues des réclamations Client.
Assurer la communication de toutes les informations relatives aux produits avec le client.
Assurer le reporting périodique des indicateurs qualité.
Effectuer le suivi des plans d'action internes et externes qui concerne son périmètre de production.
Etablir et suivre les dérogations relatives aux produits / Processus.
