Material Management Specialist

Daily monitor, communication and ensure material problems detect
1. Perform the materials shortage impact analysis
2. Monitoring and escalate material shortage problems
3. Coordinate concerns parties, send reminders to them if necessary
4. Contribute to the monitoring and alert internal customers whenever necessary
5. To be leader or team support of problem solving, projects
6. Escalation for the critical items/issues
7. Coordinate with key user for material design change to understand specifications required and consequence
8. Escalation the Master data and feedback to Engineering/Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate
9. Support cross functional activities to fulfil company goal
10. Support & drive continuous improvements of department processes
11. Follow strictly the company standard & requirement
12. Implement company standard (Safety,5S+1, HR,QRQC,Lean, AS9100

Material Management Specialist is responsible to provides inputs & coordinated with all department to make sure all material problems detect and direct to the right owner and get solutions to solve problems and prevent the repeat problems in future

1. Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree
2. Be capable of communicating with an English speaking
3. Be familiar with the content of suppliers' contracts Skills
4. Good communication skills (clearly and concisely)
5. Good in negotiation skill
6. Teamwork, Cross-functional work experience
7. Minimum 3 years experience in Supply chain (Procurement, Sourcing, Planning)
8. Engineering and manufacturing background will be an advantage
9. Able to understand material drawing is required
10. Software skills, ERP, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts,...)
11. Be able to identify the right person to speak to
12. Escalate issues in a timely manner and at the right level
13. Take decisions and get decisions made
14. 5S+1 experience is strong required
15. Lean manufacturing experience will be an advantage
16. Knowledge in AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
