Job Description

We are looking for a System Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced products. The products involve multi-physics (mechanics, electronics, software, thermodynamics, plasma physics, quantum mechanics…) and are composed of few tenths' subsets. The role involves the support to the definition and traceability of the requirements, the conception of the product within the technical team, the participation to the redaction of the definition and fabrication file and support to tests. The engineer will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (software developers, testers, technical support, production, maintenance, etc.) and will work flexibly on various product developments based on project needs.



Key Responsibilities:

Requirements definition with the Product Lifecycle Manager
Achieve traceability of the requirements (compliance matrix)
Work with production and maintenance teams to take their needs into account in the design and ensure the production of our systems.
Design of the system with the technical team
Involved in the redaction of the definition and fabrication file of the product (including specifications, test plans, and qualification reports)
Definition of the verification method (IADT: Inspection, Analysis, Design, Tests)
Support to the Product Engineer for the tests
Support product industrialization and establish acceptance criteria in collaboration with production teams.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, with experience in both product and test system development.
Strong knowledge of metrology and precision measurement techniques.
Experience in mixed-signal electronics, including low noise systems.
Familiarity with simulation tools.
Autonomous, methodical, and capable of managing priorities across multiple projects.
Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in French and English
