Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
 Manage a team of 2 direct reports one dedicated to HSE/Facility and one dedicated to Continuous Improvement

 Ensure the deployment SafranHE and/or group Quality, Risk, HSE, Energy and Aviation SMS policies
 Achieve and maintain the relevant Certifications and Approvals
 Ensure the site Quality Management System is in accordance with AS/EN 9100 and various Airworthiness requirements
 Ensure the quality of product and services delivered by the site to its customers (internal/external) and the treatment of the non-quality in accordance with SAFRAN standards
 Maintenance of Certifying Staff and Approval Holders List.
 Maintenance of Capability Lists and Capability Evaluation documentation
 Maintenance of Internal and External Audit Programs including performance of audits
 Maintenance of Approved Vendor List and evaluation of new vendor
 Ensure all deficiencies found internally and externally are corrected through the internal audit process
 Represent SafranHE ASIA during audits by outside agencies (airworthiness authorities, regulatory bodies and customer)
 Conduct Trainings (Airworthiness Regulations, Aviation SMS, Recurrent Training, etc)

 Ensures the application of HSE regulations and Safran Group HSE and Energy guidelines
 Coordinates the preparation and implementation of the local HSE Operational Improvement Plan
 Advises and supports site management and operational personnel on HSE

 Create an environment of risk awareness and promote risk reduction for the company
 Drive and implement risk reviews with risk committee at company and department level
 Maintain and improvise on risk identification, monitoring and controlling activities
 Drive risk awareness and risk competency improvement across SafranHE Asia departments
 Drive process productivity and excellence, leveraging on enterprise risk management IT System and other tools
 Lead or partake in projects and initiatives which strengthen risk management culture
 Manage Transformation programme through the implementation of various initiatives

 Promote Continuous Improvement Culture
 Provide analytical support and LEAN facilitation in the development of initiatives/ideas
 Measure effectiveness of improvement processes, size up opportunity for improvement in productivity, cost management and growth by supporting data visualisation and data analysis
 Support and coordinate the reporting of KPIs and project status
 Assist to report Transformation progress in various forums

Job Requirements

 Knowledgeable in AS/EN9100, ISO 45001 and HSE management systems is highly preferred
 Candidate must be well versed in Airworthiness Regulations (Part 145, etc.)
 Experience with EASA/CAAS and Regional countries NAAs.
 Experienced with Auditing Analysis and Auditing Systems
 Knowledge in Human Factors & Safety Management System
 Familiar with Lean Sigma methodologies
 Good knowledge in enterprise risk management governance, processes, monitoring and implementation and preferably trained in designing effective controls to mitigate risks
 Highly-driven, resourceful, independent, meticulous and analytical with good stakeholder management skills
 Strong data analysis and data visualisation skills
 Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive change management and continuous improvements
 Effective collaboration, communication and stakeholders' management skills

Qualification
 Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline
 At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
 Certifications in Quality Audit/Assurance/Quality Control preferred
