Job Summary
Safran Aircraft Engines Maintenance Repair and Overhaul network is specialized in CFM engines maintenance. Safran Aircraft Engines shops and subcontractors (offload shops) all around the world compose this network. The Engineering Support Offload Coordinator is dedicated to one or several shops based in Asia and has two main missions. The first is to support engineering activities in order to ensure the successful completion of shop visits. The second mission is to support the industrialization of the offload shops.
Job Description
Shop visit engineering support activities are:
Workscope analysis and proposal for improvement based on experience
Workscope evolution in collaboration with Engine Owner and Fleet Technical Manager
Writing of the Bench Instruction Sheet
Technical support from offload shops in case of questions
Technical analysis of scrapped parts
Identification and formalization of technical levers allowing an improvement in the performance of the shop visit in terms of Costs/Quality/Delay
Industrialization engineering support activities are:
General approach implementation
Management of the LEAP industrialization plan
Key performance indicators monitoring
Participation in Product Reviews
Manage the share of REX and best practices
Job Requirements
Required skills
Highly effective communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Cross-cultural experience and ability to work in different cultures with successful outcome
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree
More than 3 years of experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul
Good knowledge of aircraft engines
