Quality Management System & Airworthiness Manager

Main tasks:
Approvals Management:
 Management and maintenance of Safran Electrical & Power PTE civil approvals for production (EASA PART21G) and repairs (CAAS, EASA PART145, FAR145, CCAR573, CAAC145)
 Integration of regulatory changes, processing of scope changes following modification of the Safran Electrical & Power PTE scope (e.g change of organization).
 Integration of regulatory changes related to SMS and iSMS.
 Management of the relationship with the Singaporean (CAAS), European (EASA), USA (FAA), Canadian (TCCA) and Chinese (CAAC) authorities.
 Carrying out internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
 Supporting authorities during surveillance audits.
 Management of non-conformities and defining corrective actions.

QMS Management:
 Ability to organize and manage certification audit campaigns in complete autonomy
 QMS management with the quality teams and also with the operational teams
 Ability to lead cross-functional working groups to ensure proper project deployment (software tools, procedures, etc.)
 Management of internal quality audit activity

Travels: Travelling expected around Singapore and yearly towards Europe

Required Skills:
 Engineer preferably quality specialty
 More than 3 years experience in the aeronautical field
 Autonomous, rigorous, sense of commitment.
 Communication and strength of conviction to get operational staff on board.
 Ability to work in a transversal environment
 Knowledge of AS/EN9100 requirements
 Knowledge of other Asian approvals is a plus.
