Job Description

1. Coordinate and ensure the deployment of the Energy Management System (EMS) within the company's sites;
• Determine the criteria and methods necessary to ensure the effective operation and control of the EMS;
• Ensure that the EMS is established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved;
• Define, organize and ensure the implementation of procedures and processes for energy review, regulatory monitoring, internal audit, non-conformance management, etc;
• Act as a support for the construction and deployment of site action plans;
• Follow, share and feed exchanges and feedback with local teams, the General 2. Resources coordination, the Low Carbon project and the Group energy coordination;
• Define, monitor and update the financial and budgetary elements related to energy within the company and put them forward to the Low-carbon project manager for the low-carbon component of the MTP;
• Promote awareness of the energy policy and objectives at all levels of the company;
• Be the guarantor of the company's energy reporting in relation with the company's low-carbon project manager;

3. Ensure the availability of resources and reinforce the technical skills of the teams
• Participate in the identification of local energy correspondents with the appropriate skills and expertise who will work on the deployment of the EMS at their site in support of the Corporate Energy Manager;
• Ensure the proper allocation of resources and responsibilities as needed to promote effective energy management;
• Participate in the animation of internal energy training for local energy correspondents;
• Lead the network of local energy correspondents;
• Participate in the identification of energy auditors within the local energy correspondents of his company;

4. Ensure the interface with the internal functions and external service providers
• Act on behalf of the company as a Leading Company Specifier (LSP) with Safran Purchasing;
• Ensure proper coordination with the various business lines involved in the EMS: production, maintenance, quality, real estate (particularly the tertiary sector decree for France), etc;
• Manage and follow up on regulatory energy audits or those resulting from the Energy standard;
• Provide support in the search for and implementation of any form of subsidy;
• To be the sole correspondent with the SAFRAN Group Energy Committee;

5. Participate in the audit process of the energy standard
• Carry out audits on other Group sites;
• Participate in certification committees if needed;

6. Analyze and report to his/her management on the energy and EMS performance of the sites

Job Requirements

• higher technical / electrical / energy education
• knowledge of: energy management, construction of technical installations, energy performance of devices and facilities, energy purchase policy, energy measurement systems;
• experience in energy and energy media management
• the ability to analyse data, create forecasts and reports
• readiness to update knowledge and skills (technological supervision, ongoing changes in regulations)
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary group and to lead working groups
• ability to transfer knowledge, negotiation skills
• Good command of English (min. B2 level)
• SEP group I (E + D) electrical qualifications required, group II and III (E + D) qualifications are welcome
