Job Description
Support in planning the scheduling of training courses, follow up on the training of operational personnel and management of procedures required by the Mexican Aviation Authority (AFAC).
Complementary Description
Follow-up on the competency status of operational and administrative personnel (OJT, evaluations and release to roster).
Scheduling of M & M/R courses required by the competent authorities.
Monitoring and release of direct and indirect personnel
Active participation in the escalation of actions in the different QRQC's.
Management of training monitoring and programming software
Training file management and database administration
Management of documents required by the Mexican Aeronautical Authority (AFAC)
Optimization of the document process
