Responsible to control and monitor Shop Visit total costs, including analysis/explanations of variations vs budget, ensure that all the shop visit costs are captured and properly recorded.
Perform costs forecast, reporting to the Engine Owners, CPM´s, Finance Manager a review on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure that costs are kept within the budget.
Implements and follows-up the cost controlling system to compare to the actual performance
Analysis of the differences between the planned cost and the actual
Investigate and analyze the causes of cost deviations
Find opportunities to control costs across production processes
Coordinates and works with the technical support and supply chain teams to find potential savings
Prepares reports and individual anlysis for each shop visit
