Job Description

As Information System security referent, working with internal customers, regulatory authorities or Global IS security groups to ensure security compliance at the Queretaro sites.
Responsible for definition of all security projects required to meet the required compliance levels.
Responsible for definition, application and enforcement of IS security policy as well as development of all required security documentation needed to support the process.
Responsible for reviewing/authorizing local infrastructure design proposals following Safran standards, requesting the CISOs for approval and providing guidance to IS project teams from a security perspective.
Responsible for auditing of security systems/solutions and reporting of audit results as requested by the CISOs.
Responsible for ensuring all internal controls documentation/testing are performed as requested by the internal controls group.
Responsible for the leading/management of security awareness campaigns.
Responsible for facilitating security awareness trainings.
Contribute to the risk assessment and risk management action plan for the risks related to cybersecurity for all Queretaro sites.
Ensure the firewall solutions, core switches and proxy solutions used at the Queretaro sites are in line with Safran security requirements.
As authority & referent, provide guidance to local infrastructure experts who manage firewall, switch or proxy solutions.
Responsible for Site Vulnerability management: Monitor Vulnerability alerts related to site assets, Analyze vulnerability reports and work with local Technical and Business assets owners to propose mitigation and remediation solutions to resolve vulnerability and security issues.
Perform proactive monitoring and development of action plans to address any gaps in the solutions/processes.
Perform proactive review of all alerts and messaging to ensure compliance to security rules and regulations
Work with the global security teams to ensure security solutions like anti-virus and encryption are working correctly.
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and providing resolution to complex Information Systems security problems.
You will be the 1st point of contact for the sites Cybersecurity incident response. Work with the Global SOC team and SAFRAN Security organizations to resolve security incidents and recommending improvements to avoid re-occurrence of the same incident.
Responsible for the proper recording and escalation of incidents to the CISOs or deputy.

Complementary Description

Enforce of Safran Information System Security strategy, policies, standards and procedures.
Manage of all Information System security incidents impacting Queretaro sites.
Recommend Information System security projects to address vulnerabilities.
Working with other IS groups, will also be responsible for all required documentation, policy enforcement and approvals of systems/projects from a security perspective.

Job Requirements

Experience in various IT/IS disciplines, technologies, and platforms (Infrastructure, networking, firewalls, communication protocols, databases and mobility).
Experience with implementing/managing security for applications, IS infrastructure, Active Directory.
Working knowledge of mainstream Firewall technologies
Knowledge of industrial domain security related to manufacturing facilities.
Technical Writing Skills. (Specifically related to IS projects)
