Job Description

The Industrialization Leader in SAESA has the mandate to contribute to corporate goals by ensuring the implementation and follow-up of the industrialization procedures (GPREP, DVE, S.E.), securing schedule milestones, complying with processes, methodologies & objectives towards his/her team and the quality system. Finally, providing guidance and aid to his/her team in a cost reduction and innovation mindset.

Job Requirements

Project Management
MRO repairs & production support experience
Engineering documentation & processes
Engine performance general knowledge.
Repair processes general knowledge (Thermal spray, welding, brazing, heat treatments, machining, quick shop, parts replacement, SPM understanding)
