Verify that SAESA's Quality System is followed and updated as required.
Working with other areas in the review and preparation of internal procedures and formats, and assure its compliance with Company's Policies and the Authority requirements.
Participate in Quality Investigations required to establish root causes from non-conformities and customer complains.
Performs internal audits of the different areas of the Company and provides support for implementation supporting and monitoring corrective actions.
Reports and request action plans for non-conformances and improvement opportunities detected.
