In charge to prepare the ramp up SAESA for the LEAP engine. (Shop & REP)
Manage actions plan and validate risk analysis for all aspects; industrialization, layout transformation, training and operations readiness. Define priorities for improvements initiatives.
Consolidate the baseline LEAP for SAESA.

1 Establish the plan to reach 125 SV in 2025
2 Update and maintain baseline LEAP
3 Secure the ressources for LEAP activities (staffing and training)
4 Manage CAPEX/OPEX needed for Leap engine activities (S curve)
5 Structure reporting internal SAESA and external
6 Manage the “plateau” Leap (plan de industrialización, plan de certificación, plan de entrenamiento, etc.) and layout transformation
7 Participar al QRQC L4
8 Active player to lear and/or share the RETEX on LEAP engines
