• Surtimiento de materiales a los diferentes procesos. (Ensamble, Kitting, Hidraulico, Consumibles).
• Inventarios Cíclicos (materiales en y fuera de sistema).
• Ubicación e identificación de materiales en almacén conforme a número de parte.
• Optimización de espacio en el almacén por medio de mejoras en acomodos y empaques.
• Depuración, seguimiento y control al listado de materiales que no se encuentran en el sistema.
• Seguimiento al proceso de Slow Moving y Scrap del almacén 1A
• Verificación de stocks de consumibles.
• 5's al almacén.
