Job Description

Ingeniero Aeronáutico o a fin / Técnico aeronáutico.
3 años de experiencia en MRO y/o tareas ensamble y desensamble de motores aeronáuticos

Con base en el cumplimiento de las instrucciones y requerimientos descritos en los sistemas de gestión de calidad y de seguridad de SAESA, los manuales del fabricante (OEM), así como las especificaciones de los clientes y las normas de las autoridades reguladoras aplicables, el ingeniero de industrialización tiene las siguientes responsabilidades:

Diseñar, modificar, optimizar y validar los métodos de producción o reparación de los componentes aeronáuticos procesados en SAESA.

Complementary Description

1) Redactar y mantener actualizados los documentos de trabajo para el taller:
Task lists: preliminares, desensamble y ensamble, boletines, AD.
Hojas de registro (eFRN).
Instrucciones de trabajo
Revision de highlights de documentos OEM

2) Soporte a taller
Atender solicitudes ANDON y tickets para resolver bloqueantes de produccion
Industrializar y certificar nuevas capacidades y/o alcances de trabajo del taller ante las autoridades (FAA, EASA, AFAC, etc) para motores CFM56 y LEAP

Job Requirements

Necesario:
Experiancia en ensamble de motores aeronáuticos
Inglés intermedio
Microsoft Office nivel medio
Excel avanzado, uso de macros y bases de datos.
SAP nivel básico (deseable avanzado)

Soft skills: Ordenado, metódico, pensamiento critico, autonomía
Deseable:
Francés intermedio- avanzado
Conocimiento de motores (turborreactores, turbofan, etc)
Experiencia en generación de documentos de trabajo
