Job Description
Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems, manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the Industrialization engineer has the following responsibilities:
To contribute to corporate goals by ensuring a flawless industrialization development in the repair lines, securing schedule milestones and complying with Quality processes (GPREP), Cost reduction mindset and engineering methodologies.
Complementary Description
* To generate the engineering documentation required to industrialize a part and/or modular repair.
* To ensure industrialization milestones are reached as per planning schedule.
* To maintain Engineering Documentation up to date (Manual & Repair document revisions, new and/or updated processes, etc.).
* To be compliant with GPREP process.
* To ensure accurate industrialization status reporting (Schedule, milestones, Cost, ROI of the repair, etc.).
* Communicate Achievements, Issues/Risk, Need help and next steps.
* To ensure industrialization feasibility and compliance in ergonomics for production's benefits.
*To optimize industrializations with SAESA actual means & processes
* Follow up to investment plan
Job Requirements
The industrialization engineer should be an organized person, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams, solving problems, focusing on results, and adhering to the methodologies established by the group. It is desirable for them to have knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, PDCA, FMEA, APQP, etc.
