Job Description

Realizar actividades administrativas de archivo, control y elaboración de expedientes, digitar y registrar las capacitaciones teórico/practicas del personal Shop y Rep y verificar su adecuado cumplimiento con los estándares de calidad y la autoridad Aeronáutica. Generar reportes de capacitación. Gestión de la capacitación del centro de formación (alta, baja de curos de formación, oficios, control de licencias federales y exámenes médicos), atención a auditorias Internas y externas, seguimiento de las competencias del personal directo e indirecto. Asegurar el cumplimiento y apego al plan de capacitación anual.

Ser un punto focal para la detección de necesidades de capacitación técnica de shop y Rep.

Manejo de software administrativo y Ofimática.
Sobre los requerimientos ante la SCT (Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes).
