Responsable del aseguramiento de la creación, revisión, control y seguimiento en tiempo y forma de tickets así como asegurar el correcto uso de la Herramienta CRM
Administrador de la plataforma CRM, Creación, gestión y eliminación de Áreas, usuarios, compañías y contactos.

Complementary Description

Elaboración de indicadores de desempeño KPI, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de los mismos
Elaboración de reportes para el correcto seguimiento de tickets
Administrador de la plataforma CRM, Creación, gestión y eliminación de Áreas, usuarios, compañías y contactos.
Asegurar la correcta documentación y actualización de procesos mediante SOPs

Job Requirements

Licenciatura económica administrativa, Lic. En comunicación o afín, titulado o en proceso.
