Controlling Manager H/M

-Act as a business partner to support General Manager initiatives and strategic projects
-Support General Manager in planning and budgeting & Reforecast processes, annual budget preparation and month-to-month / day-to-day execution control
- Improve processes in controlling department in order to ensure a better understanding of financial impacts from industrial processes
- Lead and contribute to transversal optimization initiatives and support the business in specific analysis & requests
- Provide financial leadership of labor and overhead reporting, productivity and efficiency, ensure regular update provided on site performance, monitor variances and work with local team to remediate
-Financial Analysis perform, Balance statements review and perform, EBIT, FCF,
-Production costs statement, for internal and external audits & transfer pricing
-Cost plus model (Industrial Variance calculation)
-Actual production costs perform & selling prices calculation, COGS analysis and follow-up
-ROI analysis
-Act as coach to improve the skills (soft & hard) of controlling department members

- Industrial Controlling experience
- ERP Syteline (Infor) knowledge,
- Accounting Degree & Financial MBA is a must
- Big four experience is a must
- Advanced excel and office
