Lean expert con experiencia comprobable aplicando y monitoreando el progreso de una evaluación lean assessment y WCM (World class manufacturing). Conocimiento en balanceo de líneas, flujo de una pieza, VSM, KanBan, Tasa de fluidez, trabajo estándar, TOC (teoría de restricciones) y TPM.
Definición y coaching a proyectos bajo las metodologías DMAIC y PDCA.
Conocimiento en Planeación Estratégica (Hoshin Kanri).
Ejecución de eventos KAIZEN a nivel planta.
Analítico con gran capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios.
