Job Description
Proporcionar apoyo general al proyecto con una variedad de actividades administrativas, informes, coordinación y tareas relacionadas. Incluye actividades de viajes, compra de suministros de oficina, gestion proveedores, según sea necesario. Las tareas adicionales incluyen la gestión de las comunicaciones externas e internas a los miembros del equipo apropiadas, el correo distribución y correspondencia comercial general. Organizar y preparar revisiones de proyectos y comités directivos.
