Job Description

• Contribute to scope analysis phase where AS-IS solution is presented and any solution, process and data preparation deltas are captured.
• Define and redaction of functional requirements based on Business needs
• Define and Redaction of functional tests with the support of the test manager
• Define integration test cases with the support of the test manager and others SHM peers
• Support IGE+XAO in the definition of the technical specifications
• Participate to the definition of the solution
• Validate new solution in the framework of pre-defined needs (completeness, adequacy)
• Ensure integration of the solution within the full SHM suite and existing information system.
• Challenge and monitoring of bugs / operational malfunctions (by distinguishing requirements evolution from anomalies)
• Analyze and answer any P0 or P1 defects/evolutions in a right time maner.
• Report bugs to IGE+XAO or to others SHM peers with elements required for the analysis and with the right priority into their/our ticketing system
• Identify and define possible interfaces required with other systems
• Support Business teams during UAT and go-live phases.
